After the jump....if kinja works

Me:”So we might not want to go in my car, the brakes started this thing were it looses pressure if their used too long. Earlier car stared rolling into traffic, I had to pump the brake and use the ebrake to stop it.”

Father:Unconcerned,”O well, I might be able to pay you soon.” contiues with different subject.

And to top it off him paying me,”soon” is anytime within the next 2 months. I do realize this is just me bitching, at least I have a car and four limbs etc. But the concern he showed is...baffling.
